About ShareStructure News
ShareStructure News is an editorial outlet covering SEC filings, dilution, and share structure for micro- and small-cap public companies — decoded from primary-source documents. We report on the mechanics most traders miss: registered share counts against float, variable-rate convertibles, warrant overhang, reverse-split cycles, and the financing structures that drive dilution.
How our articles are made. Coverage is drawn from primary-source filing data and the ShareStructure platform's algorithmic dilution assessment, then reviewed and edited by a member of the editorial team before publication. Every dilution figure traces back to a specific document, and each article links to the filing it draws from.
Editorial independence. We accept no payment from any company to cover it, to omit it, or to alter our analysis. Dilution assessments are computed uniformly across every company we cover, using the same methodology, regardless of any business relationship. ShareStructure News is operated independently of any affiliated investor-relations or promotional business, and coverage of a company is paused while any affiliated entity has an active paid engagement with that company. Our full standards are set out in the Editorial Policy and Disclosures.
Not investment advice. Our reporting is educational and informational. It describes what filings disclose and what dilution structures mechanically imply — it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
